  1. You need of of large shrimps ,peeled and clean.
  2. You need of of chicken stock.
  3. Prepare of of lemon grass slices.

Tom Yum Khung step by step

  1. Pour chicken stock in the pot add galangal, lemon grass ,chilies ,shallots and coriander roots bring to boil..
  2. Add shrimp and tomato let's boil till shrimps are cooked.
  3. Add chicken stock powder, fish sauce ,oyster sauce and coriander.
  4. Add coconut cream and sweet chilli paste then add lemon juice.
